Day Two - Beef Strips with Orange and Ginger

What went right
Just about everything today. Orange grating went perfectly and it was easy to clean as opposed to when I had to grate the ginger.
Finely chopping the ginger was easy-peasy.

What went wrong
Carrots were difficult to finely slice as the recipe suggested. I think I need to sharpen my knife.
Noodles got a little burnt. I needed to sort out how to do noodles and a stirfry at the same time.

Rating: 9/10
